Directions from I-5:
1. Take exit 105 toward Port of Olympia
2. Continue straight to 4th Ave
3. Turn right at 4th Ave E
4. My
building is the blue building on the right before you get to 4th
Dimension Computers. If you cross Eastside Ave, you've gone too
far.
5. Park on
the street, fill the meter (remember new patients are 90 minutes
(3 quarters worth) and follow ups are 45 minutes) and walk up the
steps. If you have problems with steps, please park in the back and use
the ramp.
6. Come on in, help yourself to some tea, and have a seat in the waiting room!
7. Please have your co-pay and voluntary annual administrative fee ready.
